List of Required Information

In the email body please provide the info below 1 through 6

1. Name of owner or name on lease:
2. Your Address
3. Your Community
4. Your Cell number
5. Your Email address
6. Your Access Card# ( IF YOU HAVE AN OLD ACCESS CARD )

Any Additional Tenants over 16 years old that you wish to have access need to be on the approval letter from your HOA Management

( Please provide us a valid picture id and an email address for all approved resident )

Please attach the following;

• Lease or Deed
• Approval letter from HOA
• Valid picture id of owner or lease holder and all approved household members

Once the information is provided to us we will review and make sure your file is updated, you will then receive an email from OpenPath with instructions to download the App; follow OpenPath instruction.

Your done!

On your first visit to the clubhouse with your new access App all you need is to have your phone with you; touch the access reader to the right side of the door and the door will unlock giving you access.
